Cause . . . . . : Additional status information was logged in the error log.
Recovery . . . : You may ignore this message because your line is running. Other messages will be displayed if action is required.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message has been reported to signal the occurrence of a potential problem with the communications media. The local communications system has received a frame that is too large to be received by the current MAC configuration. MAC truncates the frame to the maximum allowable length but does not alter the value in the 'length' field of the incoming frame. Upon reception of the frame by the LLC layer, the frame will be rejected since the length field will be too large. The remote communications system will have to retransmit the frame. Additional status information is contained in the error log.
