Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- A parameter that is not valid was used when starting the communications subsystem control Licensed Internal Code.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message is reported when a value that is not valid is detected in the communications controller Licensed Internal Code entity configuration parameter for the maximum number of saps. The communications controller Licensed Internal Code activation process has ended.
