Line &23 status information, line is running.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Additional status information was logged in the error log.
Recovery . . . : You may ignore this message because your line is running. Other messages will be displayed if action is required.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message is reported to signal the occurrence of a potential problem with the remote communications system. The local communications system received a frame that is not valid. The frame has been discarded and the discarded frames counter has been incremented. If this problem persists, additional information will be logged when the discarded frames counter reaches its threshold. When this occurs, investigate the remote communications system to determine the cause of the frames that were not valid. Additional status information is contained in the error log.
