Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote node is heavily congested and cannot receive any more frames at this time.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINTRN command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of times that a frame was sent and was not acknowledged caused a threshold error.
