Line &23 threshold information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The Ethernet transceiver or the network may not be working correctly.
-- The local Ethernet adapter may not be working correctly.
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
Recovery . . . : This error message indicates a performance degradation status notification. The network is operational, but not optimally. If these messages persist, try replacing the Ethernet transceiver, cable, or adapter, depending on the particular configuration.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of times a 'loss of carrier' was detected caused a threshold error.
