Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote computer equipment called while the local computer equipment was trying to place a call.
-- The system program or the user application program cannot handle a call collision.
Recovery . . . : Designate calling times to avoid call collisions. Verify that your application program can automatically handle a call collision condition, and that the SWTCNN value in the CRTLINASC command is set to *BOTH.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Incoming and outgoing calls are occurring simultaneously preventing a connection from being established.
