Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The local communications controller program may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET(*YES) specified. The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. Then vary off these lines and vary on the line in error to reset this line. This will cause the program to be loaded. If this problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local communications controller program tried to run a not correct procedure.
