Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The RSRCNAME parameter value on the Create Line Description command is not specified correctly.
-- The ACRSRCNAME parameter value on the Create Line Description command is not specified correctly.
-- The INTERFACE parameter value on the Create Line Description command is not compatible with the network cable that is installed.
-- The external modem is either not installed or not working correctly.
-- The network cable is either not installed or not working correctly.
-- The communications adapter card is not working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the RSRCNAME, ACRSRCNAME and the INTERFACE parameter values on the Create Line Description command are correct.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The communication controller could not find an external modem attached to the line.
-- The communication controller could not find a network cable attached to the line.
-- The network cable is not compatible with the physical interface specified on the Create Line Description command.
