Line &23 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The local modem may have failed to drop the data-set-ready signal as requested.
-- The external cable to the modem may not be working correctly, with the data-set-ready signal being shorted to the active condition.
-- The communications adapter card may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You can increase the value of the DSRDRPTMR in the CRTLINBSC command. The length of this timer can be increased to a maximum of 60 seconds. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The locally attached modem failed to indicate that a connection to the remote computer equipment had been disconnected.
