Line &23 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote computer equipment called while the local computer may be trying to place a call.
-- The system program or the user application program may not be able to handle a call-collision.
Recovery . . . : Designate calling times to avoid call-collisions. Verify that your application program can automatically handle a call-collision condition, and that the SWTCNN value in the CRTLINBSC command is set to *BOTH. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Incoming and outgoing calls are occurring simultaneously, preventing a connection from being established.
