Cause . . . . . : In order to be added as an administrator, the user must be enrolled in IBM i Access. To be enrolled in IBM i Access a user must have a user profile and the user profile must be added to the system directory.
Recovery . . . : Enroll the user in IBM i Access by entering the necessary information on the "Enroll IBM i Access Users" display.
