Some RGZPFM CL command parameters ignored.

Cause . . . . . : The following RGZPFM CL command parameters are ignored when reorganizing files using distributed data management (DDM) file &1 in library &2: rebuild access path (RBDACCPTH), allow cancel (ALWCANCEL), and lock state (LOCK).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The remote server does not support all RGZPFM parameters.
