Cause . . . . . : A temporary interface error, or a temporary device time-out occurred.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : IOP resource &26 detected a failure, retried the operation, and successfully recovered from the failure. Tape unit &25 (resource &28) is attached to IOP resource &26.

The tape unit is working and operational. Pressing F14 will run error log diagnostics that determine if the tape unit should be replaced.
