Either tape controller &26 or tape unit &25 failed.

Recovery . . . : If it is necessary to reset and start the tape controller again, do the following:
1) Vary off the tape unit (VRYCFG command).
2) Vary on the tape unit (VRYCFG command) specifying *YES for the RESET parameter.
If problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
