RPCBind daemon cannot find an appropriate transport protocol.

Cause . . . . . : The RPCBind daemon cannot find an appropriate transport protocol. The reason code is &1. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1: RPCBind daemon cannot find a LOOPBACK transport.
2: RPCBind daemon cannot find an appropriate network transport.
Recovery . . . : Refer to any previously issued messages. If possible, correct the problem identified in the messages, then try the request again. If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command. If no previously issued messages are present, report the problem using the ANZPRB command.
