Network server &1 put in restricted state.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The monitor job for network server &1 ended and automatically put the server into a restricted state. In a restricted state, client workstations on the network cannot access the server. The server files can only be accessed through i5/OS file system requests. To view any messages or errors logged by the monitor job, use the Display Job (DSPJOB) command to show the messages for job &2.
Recovery . . . : To reset a restricted state server to an active state, use the Work with Network Server Status (WRKNWSSTS) command to view the desired server. Then select option 14 next to server &1 to restart the server.
