Cause . . . . . : A request was issued to submit the *NWSD monitor job in subsystem QSYSWRK. The subsystem is not active. The job is not submitted.
Recovery . . . : If the *NWSD is varied on, the monitor job will be started automatically when the QSYSWRK subsystem starts.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The monitor job for the *NWSD runs in the QSYSWRK subsystem. The QSYSWRK subsystem is not active at the time the request to start the monitor job is issued. The monitor job will be started automatically when the QSYSWRK subsystem starts.
