CMTOPTDIR command ran.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The optical PRPQ, product ID 5799XBK, is installed at V2R3M0. The Commit Optical Directories (CMTOPTDIR) command ran to commit optical directories.
Recovery . . . : Verify that all optical devices are powered on, configured, and varied on. If any of the optical devices are not in this state, power on the devices, configure, and vary on the devices. Then run the Commit Optical Directories (CMTOPTDIR) command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If upgrading from a V2R3M0 system, any uncommitted optical directories must be committed to ensure compatibility.
