Delete unwanted licensed programs.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Any licensed programs currently installed that cannot be replaced with your release upgrade cannot be completely deleted using the Delete Licensed Program (DLTLICPGM) command after the system has been upgraded.
Recovery . . . : Delete unwanted licensed programs using the Work with Software to Delete task or the Delete Licensed Program (DLTLICPGM) command before upgrading i5/OS.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Exit programs for the licensed program do not have observability, so they cannot be run after the system has been upgraded. Any objects normally deleted by the exit program remain on the system if DLTLICPGM is run after the upgrade.
