Integration shutdown service attempt &2 not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when attempt number &2 to issue a shutdown request for network server &1 was performed.
Recovery . . . : The operation will be retried until the retry limit of &3 has been reached. If the function completes successfully, the network server will be shutdown. If the operation does not complete successfully, the network server &1 will be ended abnormally when varied off.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A connection has not been established or the shutdown request has timed out for server &1.
Method used is &4.
