Local system cannot send data to &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local system cannot send data to the TCP/IP supported work station &2 on line &1 using Twinaxial Data Link Control (TDLC) support.
Recovery . . . : On the local system, do one of the following:
-- For reason code X'5060', do the following:
1) Using System i5 Navigator, update the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) file by modifying the subnet mask specified for TDLC support. The subnet mask must be modified to allow a larger range of addresses to be used for TCP/IP supported work stations.
2) End the TCP/IP interface attached to the TDLC line &1 (ENDTCPIFC command).
3) Remove the TCP/IP interface from TDLC line &1 (RMVTCPIFC command).
-- For other reason codes, do the following:
1) Verify that the 5150 device description &2 is varied on (WRKCFGSTS *DEV &2 command).
2) If the configuration status for device &2 is VARIED OFF, vary the device on (VRYCFG *ON &2 command).
3) Contact the work station user and verify that work station &2 is powered on.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system cannot send data to work station &2 on line &1. The reason code is &3.
X'5060' - No IP addresses are available to be assigned to work station &2.
For other reason codes, the data cannot be sent because the work station is powered off or the 5150 device description is varied off.
