BIND command to an Integrated PC Server failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The QIPX job is attempting to send a bind command to an Integrated PC Server. The bind command was not successful. The internal IPX circuit associated with the Integrated PC Server did not start.
Recovery . . . : See previous messages in the job log to determine the error associated with the Integrated PC Server. Correct the error which occurred. Do one of the following to start the internal IPX circuit then use the Start IPX (STRIPX) CL command to start IPX support again:
--Vary off the Integrated PC Server then vary it on again.
--Use the End IPX (ENDIPX) CL command to end the QIPX job.
