Tape unit &25 failed with a media error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Tape media problems may be caused by dirty read/write heads, poor or damaged tape media, worn or damaged tapes, or using a tape with a format that is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Clean the tape unit. Refer to the Magnetic Tape Subsystem Maintenance Manual for cleaning directions.
If a dirty tape, worn tape, or a tape with a format that is not correct is suspected, try the operation again using a different tape.
-- If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
