Failure of CEC power supply not identified by SPCN.

Cause . . . . . : An attempt has been made to power on the control panel by a remote power on with the control panel key in the secure or the manual position. To correct the problem, set the control panel key to the normal or the automatic position and retry the remote power on if necessary.
