Cause . . . . . : The process of loading Licensed Internal Code (LIC) to the programmable tape unit was not completed.
Recovery . . . : The tape unit will continue to operate with the previous LIC. Perform either of the following:

-- Wait for the next IPL when the system will attempt to load the LIC for the tape unit again.
-- Or, record the following Technical Description and perform "TU-PIP4" in the Problem Analysis Guide.

Technical description . . . . . . . . : Tape unit &25 (resource &28) is attached to IOP resource &26.
