Cause . . . . . : The cache mirror card on IOP &26 was found to be missing or broken. No customer data has been lost.
Recovery . . . : Reinsertion or replacement of the cache mirror card is necessary. Press F14 to run problem analysis. Refer to the hard copy problem analysis guide for more information.
