The disk units on IOP &26 are not in the configuration IOP &26 expects.

Cause . . . . . : IOP &26 has a record of the disk units it was controlling. At this time, IOP &26 is not able to find one or more of these disk units.
Recovery . . . : Move the device or devices back to the correct locations. See the hard copy problem analysis guide for more information.
