Cause . . . . . : A command to a unit in a rack was rejected because the rack was powered off. The reporting unit is located in rack &37 and is connected to SPCN port &38. The Unit Reference Code is &33 and the Error Log ID is &22.
Recovery . . . : This is logged for information only. No action is required.
