Cause . . . . . : The cache adaptor card on IOP &26 was found to be missing or broken. Customer data loss is possible in this situation.
Recovery . . . : Reinsertion or replacement of the cache adaptor card is necessary. Press F14 to run problem analysis. Refer to the hard copy problem analysis guide for more information.
