Line &23 activation failed. Insufficient storage available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : I/O processor &26 did not have enough storage to complete the vary request. There are too many lines varied on using the maximum amount of storage.

Recovery . . . : To reduce the amount of storage used by these lines, try one or more of the following options:
1) Vary off the other line descriptions, reduce the values for the parameters that affect IOP storage, such as frame size and window size, then vary the line descriptions back on.
2) Move some of the lines from adapter &27 to an adapter on another I/O processor.
3) Move an adapter card from this I/O processor to another I/O processor.
