Unable to generate relative record number &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DFU is generating record numbers for you, but an expected deleted record at relative record number &4 does not exist. DFU can no longer generate relative record numbers.
Recovery . . . : You can continue by updating any existing records; however, to add a new record at &4 you must first initialize the member &1 of file &2 in library &3 with deleted records up to relative record number &4.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : In a delete capable file, DFU can only add or insert a record at a relative record number which contains a deleted record. Use the INZPFM command to initialize the member &1 with deleted records.
