Constant in columns 20-39 is longer than data.

Message Long Text :

Recovery . . . : Change the sort specification statements. Run the job again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The INCLUDE or OMIT record selection specification statement that compares input data to the constant in columns 20 through 39 is incorrect. The constant must start in column 20. The constant must not exceed the length of the input data (in columns 9 through 16). If the input contains packed data (P in column 8), then the maximum length of the constant is two times the length of the input data. If this job is continued, any non-blank characters in the constant that exceed the input field length are ignored.
