Could not configure directory server instance QUSRDIR.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system attempted to automatically configure the QUSRDIR instance prior to starting the directory server, but the request failed.
Recovery . . . : Check for previous messages in the joblog, correct the errors and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An attempt was made to either start the default directory server instance or to start all directory server instances when no directory server instances exist. The system attempted to automatically configure the QUSRDIR directory server instance, but was unsuccessful.
