Configuration file contains a value that is not in a valid format.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Configuration entry '&4' contains a value that is not valid. The value '&6' for attribute &5 is not valid.
Recovery . . . : If the configuration file has been altered, reset it back to its original contents. Restart the server using System i Navigator or by using the STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRSRV) command.
