Incorrect port configuration.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server is configured to use port &1 for both SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and non-SSL. The server will start in configuration-only mode without SSL.
Recovery . . . : Use System i Navigator to change the port configuration for SSL or non-SSL so they use different ports then restart the server. The default port for LDAP over non-SSL is 389 and the default port for LDAP over SSL is 636.
