DIGEST-MD5 user name &1 not unique.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The supplied DIGEST-MD5 user name &1 corresponds to multiple users in the directory. The user name must correspond to a single user in the directory. The DIGEST-MD5 bind attempt failed.
Recovery . . . : Determine which directory entries have DIGEST-MD5 user name &1 and change the entries so that each user has a unique user name.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The attribute used for the DIGEST-MD5 user name is configured using the Directory Server Web Administration Tool and is located in the DIGEST-MD5 section of the server security properties.
