User &1 cannot use authorization identifier.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user &1 supplied an authorization identifier on the DIGEST-MD5 bind request, but the user does not have proxy authority. The DIGEST-MD5 bind attempt was rejected.
Recovery . . . : Obtain authority from your Directory server administrator to use an authorization identifier on a DIGEST-MD5 and try the request again.
