Database library &1 must be in system ASP or basic user ASP.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The caller attempted to set the database library to a library that does not reside in the system or a basic user auxiliary storage pool (ASP). The library specified is in ASP number &2 and the library can not reside in an independent ASP (ASP value greater than 32).
Recovery . . . : Specify a library that resides in the system ASP or basic user ASP (ASP value of 1 to 32). Use the CL command DSPLIB to display the ASP of where a library is stored.
