Cannot create library QUSRDIRCF.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library QUSRDIRCF already exists on the system. The QUSRDIR directory server instance cannot be configured if this library already exists..
Recovery . . . : If this library is not being used by other users or applications on the system, delete the library and try the request again. Otherwise, rename the library, or create a new directory server instance with a name that does not conflict with existing libraries.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The directory server uses three libraries whose names are formed by appending 'CF', 'DB', and 'CL' to the instance name. For example, the QUSRDIR instance uses the following libraries: QUSRDIRCF, QUSRDIRDB, and QUSRDIRCL.
