Password cannot be retrieved in clear text.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The directory server could not retrieve a password in the format requested.
The directory server is configured with no password protection. The configuration enables passwords to be stored and retrieved as clear text, rather than encoded in the SHA or MD5 format. However, a password could not be retrieved as clear text. The system value QRETSVRSEC may have been set to '0' when the password attribute was added or changed. When the QRETSVRSEC system value is '0' this indicates that password data is not to be retained on the system.
Recovery . . . : If you do not need the password returned in clear text, you can ignore this error. Otherwise, use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to change the QRETSVRSEC system value to '1' so the password data is retained. Then, send the password again so it can be stored correctly.
