Using serial replication instead of configured method for replication agreement &1.

Cause . . . . . : The replication agreement is configured to use concurrent replication, but replication for 'cn=ibmpolicies' requires serial replication. Serial replication will be used.
Recovery . . . : Change the replication replication to use serial replication.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The replication method is configured in the 'ibm-replicaMethod' setting for the agreement.
