Change cannot be replicated because consumer does not support encrypted attributes.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The change contains one or more attributes that are defined as encrypted, but the consumer server does not support attribute encryption. Other messages identify the failing change and the associated replication agreement.
Recovery . . . : Do not use encrypted attributes. After changing the schema, repair any entries containing the encrypted attributes.
