Translation to unicode failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When translating from the job CCSID to CCSID 13488 (unicode), an error occurred. The errno is &1. Display message CPI&1 in message file QCPFMMSG for additional information. The Display Message Description (DSPMSGD) command can be used to display this message.
Recovery . . . : See any previous messages for an indication of the cause of the error. Also check the CPI&1 message for help with the error. Correct any problems and try the request again.
