IBM HTTP Server CGI job ending, CGI program &1 returned before all of its threads were complete.

Cause . . . . . : CGI program &1, which is multi-threaded, returned to before all of its threads had completed.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The IBM HTTP Server re-uses jobs to perform CGI requests. When the CGI program is multi-threaded, it must ensure that all of its threads have completed before its main program returns. If it returns before all of its threads have completed, the IBM HTTP Server will end the job when the threads have completed or when the script timeout expires.
