Receive buffer size is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The buffer size specified in argument &2 for directive &1 must be &3 or at least &4. The value &3 indicates the system default receive buffer size should be used.
Recovery . . . : Correct the argument in error and start the server again.
