Error occurred creating symbolic link for the &2 job.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The symbolic link &1 to program &4 could not be created. This link is required to start the job. The error number (errno) is &5.
Recovery . . . : Check the object access permissions to directory &3 and all sub-directories in the path name. The HTTP server user profile (default is QTMHHTTP) must have *RX authority to the directory and all sub directories in the path. Correct the errors and restart the HTTP server.
