Data cannot be converted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data cannot be converted using the specified EBCDIC and ASCII CCSIDs. The EBCDIC CCSID is &1. The EBCDIC CCSID type is &3. The ASCII CCSID is &2. The ASCII CCSID type is &4. CCSID types and their meanings follow:
-- 01 CCSID was specified using the -netccsid startup value.
-- 02 CCSID was specified using the -fsccsid startup value.
-- 03 CCSID was specified using the DefaultNetCCSID directive.
-- 04 CCSID was specified using the DefaultFsCCSID directive.
-- 05 CCSID was specified using the CCSID parameter on the CHGHTTPA command.
-- 06 CCSID is the default ASCII CCSID value used by the HTTP server.
-- 07 CCSID is the default EBCDIC CCSID value used by the HTTP server.
Recovery . . . : Correct one or both of the CCSID values and start the HTTP server again.
