No folders found for INZPCS to process for language &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The folders containing the language objects for IBM i Access are not installed for language &1. If the language is ALL, then there are no folders installed that contain IBM i Access language objects.
Recovery . . . : Install the language objects for the IBM i Access product. Submit the command again.
