*NOMAX size and *INZDLT option specified for relative file &1.

Cause . . . . . : Relative file &1 in library &2 contains &3 records. When you specify the *INZDLT option for a sequentially-accessed relative output file, remaining records are initialized with deleted records up to the specified file size at closing time.
Remaining records up to a file size of *NOMAX are not added to the file before the closing operation. If remaining records were added up the *NOMAX file size, the result would be a file size of &4.
Recovery . . . : To add records to this file, determine the expected total number of records, and initialize the file with deleted records up to this total.
