The call to 'GDDM' was not successful because GDDM is not installed.

Cause . . . . . : A COBOL program made a call to 'GDDM' but the call was not successful because GDDM is not installed. Message issued at statement &1 of COBOL program &4 in program object &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Ask your system administrator to install the GDDM option of the server operating system.
